Target start date: ASAP, ready to start interviewing immediately.
Duration: 6 months
Contract/Contract to hire/Perm: Contract to Hire
Conversion Salary: Up To $150K
- They do EOY bonuses and it is 15% of Salary based on how the company does, for reference the last few years they have gotten 200%, 130%, 150% bonus.
Work schedule:
- Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office for people who live closer.
- The manager has more flexibility on the in-person requirements. For someone living an hour away he said it would be fine to be onsite 1 day a month.
What you should bring:
- Go Lang 3-5years, needs to be very proficient in this.
- Needs to have experience in guiding a team and leading them, 2 years min.
- Need to have MS SQL experience.
- Nice to have (at least 2 of the following): Java, AIP experience and front-end experience.
- Needs to be Flexible and adaptable, good communication skills.
- Be able to work well with a team.
What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Doing the Development sometimes will be doing production monitoring.
Interview Process and Timeline:
- 1 interview with the managers on his team.
- 2nd interview with Software Architect Director
- 3rd interview onsite.
